Warranty & Returns


T/BOA will never produce any quantity of a product whose quality cannot be personally guaranteed. T/BOA stands behind our products in the event of any defect in the material or construction. In the event of a manufacturing defect, T/BOA will repair or replace, at its discretion, the product being submitted for a warranty claim.

Excluded from coverage under T/BOA's warranty are the following:

  • Products not purchased from T/BOA or from an authorized T/BOA dealer.
  • Damage resulting from abuse, or misuse
  • Damage resulting from extended wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from tampering or a customer modification.

Photographs detailing and showing the defect must be sent prior to shipment where upon the customer will receive a warranty repair number.

CA Customers - California state law requires that a product that is being sent for a warranty claim be thoroughly cleaned prior to shipment - any product that is soiled or dirty may be returned to the customer.

This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by T/BOA relating to the Product and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, T/BOA disclaims all other express or implied warranties.

T/BOA CUSTOMER RETURNS: T/BOA offers a 30 day return window from the date of first attempted delivery in which only T/BOA and Trinity Tactical brand products purchased directly from T/BOA may be returned. For all returns not resulting in the purchase of a defective item the customer must contact support@tboaoutdoor.com where they will receive the proper RA (return authorization) number and must pay for return shipping. 

Products purchased through dealers and distributors that are free of defect must be returned to the authorized dealer from which they were purchased.

SHIPPING: T/BOA ships all packages via FedEx Ground and USPS. All customer orders over $49 USD will ship free anywhere in the continental United States unless otherwise noted. All customer orders below $49 will ship for a flat rate of $5. All in stock items will ship within 1-2 business days of payment clearance.

CANCELLATIONS: All orders may be cancelled prior to the time they ship. Any order that is cancelled after it is in transit may still be returned but the buyer will be responsible for all fees associated with return shipping. All items that are cancelled after shipment are bound by the same terms and time frame as a return - 30 days from the first date of attempted delivery. In all cases the product must be unopened, untampered and in its original/new condition. Any returned product not meeting these requirements will not be accepted or refunded.
